Important to note

At certain times during the year such as high season, the minimum stay in our house is 2 nights.

The customer can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

The customer will pay the amount of the first night if canceled within 14 days prior to arrival.

For no-shows, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

The above penalties do not apply when the cancellation occurs due to force majeure.
